Vous l&rsquo;aurez compris, ici, on vient pour s&rsquo;offrir un jus fra\u00eechement press\u00e9 ou un smoothie. Chaque breuvage a son all\u00e9gation sant\u00e9 (coup de fouet, detox et m\u00eame anti-gueule de bois!)&#8230;mais bon, apr\u00e8s, il faut le boire pour le croire!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En plus des boissons, la carte propose : soupes du jour (et cro\u00fbtons maison), omelettes, salades, <em>buddha bowls<\/em> et sandwichs pour carnivores (ah, enfin, me direz-vous!), v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et v\u00e9gans. Courgettes, poivrons, aubergines, jeunes pousses et huile d&rsquo;olive sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;honneur dans de nombreuses recettes, tout comme les fromages italiens et pr\u00e9parations \u00e0 base de houmous. Il est aussi possible de choisir le pain de son sandwich (blanc, multi-c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, tortilla de bl\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Une adresse parfaite pour une pause gourmande et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Petite surprise, les sandwichs sont servis \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 la pelle\u00a0\u00bb!
